I offer to make metadata rentry, tumblr layouts, discord profiles, various graphics, web decor, and more. DM me on discord (@shotgvnfreak) if you're interested.
I can combine stuff but depending on the initial price I will have to do add-ons.

| Acceptance & Status | I retain the right to accept or decline any commission request for any reason. Please note that I operate this work as a hobbyist's freelance service. I am a working student, and this work is managed around a packed educational and professional schedule. |
| Queue Management | Commissions are processed on a first come, first serve basis only after the payment is received. |
| Standard Timeline | The standard turnaround time is estimated to be 2 to 4 weeks from the date the full payment is received. A specific deadline estimate will be provided in your quote. I will not be rushed. Please be patient, as quality craft takes time. |
| Time Zone & Availability | I am currently located in GMT+8. I am unavailable for contact or work between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM GMT+8 on weekdays (Monday to Friday) due to classes. I am also typically offline from 11:00 PM until 6:00 AM GMT+8. Response times will be primarily during late afternoon and evening hours. Note: Weekend availability and response times fluctuate based on personal commitments. |

| Pricing, Payment, & Rush Fees | Details |

| Base Price | Base prices are non-negotiable. Additional complexity (e.g., alight motion animation) will incur an add-on fee. |
| Payment Currency | All final pricing is set in USD. |
| Accepted Methods | I currently accept PayPal and Nitro. My priority for payment is PayPal > Nitro. |
| Payment Structure | Full payment is required upfront or immediately following the initial sketch approval. This minimizes platform fees and allows for faster delivery. |
| Rush Fee | If you require a guaranteed deadline sooner than the estimated timeframe, a Rush Fee of 25% to 50% of the total commission price will be added, subject to my current availability. Check prices for more info. |
| Rush Order Capacity | Due to my limited schedule as a working student, I can only accept a maximum of one (1) Rush Order for every three (3) standard commission slots. If this capacity is full, your request for a Rush Order will be declined, and the commission will be scheduled under the standard 2 to 4 week timeline. |

| No Refunds Policy (Client & Platform) | All payments are final and non-refundable. I do not offer refunds, chargebacks, or exchanges due to platform limitations, change of mind, or dissatisfaction. All commissions are custom, service-based work. |
| Client Cancellation | Upon receipt of the full payment, the entire amount is non-refundable. If the client chooses to cancel at any point, the payment is retained by the editor as compensation for lost time, consultation, and scheduling disruption. |
| Editor Cancellation (Partial Work Delivery) | If I must cancel the commission due to personal emergency, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, I will not issue a monetary refund. Instead, I will deliver any work completed up to that point (e.g., sketches, preliminary code, or graphic assets) cleaned up and finalized for the client. The payment received is considered compensation for the delivered partial work. |

You may not sell, redistribute, or use the layout, code, or individual graphics for any commercial purpose. |
| Portfolio Use | I reserve the right to post the finished design, or components thereof, to my portfolio and social media. If you would prefer your piece not to be posted, please inform me upfront. |

| Why is your schedule strict? | I operate this work as a hobbyist's freelance service around my commitment as a working student. My schedule is packed, which is why I am strict about timelines and availability. |
| When can I expect a reply? | I aim to reply as quickly as possible, but I am fully unavailable for contact or work from 7:30 PM to ~6:00 AM (GMT+8). |
| What is your standard turnaround time? | The standard turnaround is 2 to 4 weeks from the date the full payment is received. This generous timeline allows me to deliver quality work without compromising my academic schedule. Please do not commission me if you are in a rush unless you are willing to pay the Rush Fee. |
| What counts as a Rush Order? | Any request for a guaranteed deadline shorter than 2 weeks is a Rush Order. This will incur an additional fee ranging from 25% to 100% of the total price, depending on the urgency. |
| Can I request a Rush Order? | Rush Orders are possible, but my capacity is very limited. I can only accept a maximum of one (1) Rush Order for every three (3) commission slots. If my rush capacity is full, you must proceed with the standard 2 to 4 week timeline. |
| Can I mix payment methods (e.g., half PayPal, half Nitro)? | No. I require the total base commission price to be paid using a single method only (PayPal or Nitro). This simplifies accounting and prevents errors. |
| How does Nitro payment work? | Nitro is accepted only as Standard Nitro Gift subscriptions (valued at $9.99 per month). The gifted value must equal or exceed the total USD price of the commission. |
| What if I don't like the final product? | I work hard to manage satisfaction through the detailed mock-up and revision process. However, because all work is custom, all payments are final and non-refundable. Please make sure you are clear with your requests during the initial stages. |
| What happens if you (the editor) have to cancel? | If I must cancel due to emergency, I will not issue a monetary refund. Instead, I will deliver any work completed up to that point (sketches, assets) cleaned up and finalized for you. The payment received is considered compensation for the delivered partial work. |
| Who owns the copyright to the design? | I, the editor, retain the full copyright to the final design and code. You receive a Personal Use License to use it on your profile or blog. |
| Can I use the design for merchandise or profit? | Absolutely not. All commissions are sold for Personal Use only. Commercial use (e.g., selling prints, using the design for branding/ads) is strictly prohibited. |
| What do you consider an "Add-on" for pricing? | Add-ons are extra services or elements that increase the complexity or time required. This includes things like complex animated Rentry graphics, extra pages in a layout, or a high number of different character images/profiles that require custom work. |
| What if my request is complex but small? | The final quote is based on both the size and the complexity. For example, a single graphic with extremely detailed animation or a demanding aesthetic will be subject to a complexity add-on fee, even if it's only one item. |
| What if there's a typo or a technical error in the final file? | If I made a demonstrable error, such as a typo in the text you provided or a small technical glitch in the code that prevents its intended function, I will fix it immediately at no charge. This is a correction of my mistake, not a free revision. |
| Why do I have to send the form immediately? | Sending the form upfront ensures your request is complete and ready for quoting. Since I manage a busy schedule as a student, this process allows me to assess your needs quickly and move your request into the queue without unnecessary back-and-forth messages. |
| I don't need a Rentry commission. Do I still fill out Section 02 (Profile Info)? | No. Section 02 is only required for Rentry layout commissions where I need to include specific profile text. If you are ordering Discord graphics or a simple Tumblr layout, you can leave that section blank. |
| I don't know what color codes or aesthetics I want. What should I put? | Please be as specific as possible! If you don't know the exact codes, describe the mood (e.g., "a warm, rustic autumn palette"). If you leave this section vague, I will rely on my own vision. |
| What do I put under "Agreed Deadline (If Rush)"? | Only fill this out if you have contacted me about a rush order and we have agreed on a Tier 1 (+25%) or Tier 2 (+50%) fee and deadline. If you have not discussed a rush fee, leave this blank; your commission will be completed within the standard 2 to 4 week timeframe. |
| Can I skip the question about the original fan art link? | No, that field is crucial. If you provide fan art or images that aren't official media, you must provide the link to the original artist. If the link is missing, I will have to find an alternate asset, which could delay your commission. |
| What is your official contact? | Discord is my preferred and official channel for everything. Tumblr DMs are accepted for initial contact but may experience slower response times, and will eventually be moved to Discord. |
| How long does it take to get a quote? | I aim to review your fully filled-out form and provide a quote within 48 hours, though this may be longer during heavy academic periods. Reminder: My official response hours are in the late afternoon and evening (GMT+8). |
| My commission doesn't fit your listed "Types." What should I select? | If your request is unique (e.g., just a set of icons, or a specific graphic banner), select "Graphics Only" and describe the item in detail in the Aesthetic and Visual Brief section. |
| What should I do if the final quote is too high? | If the initial quote exceeds your budget, please let me know. We can discuss removing complex add-ons or simplifying the design (e.g., removing animation, simplifying the layout) to find a solution that fits your budget. |
| When is payment due? | Payment for your commission is 100% due upfront (or immediately after sketch approval). Your request is not placed in the work queue, and no work will begin, until the full non-refundable payment is successfully received. |
| What if I don't know the exact HEX codes for the colors I want? | That's okay! Just describe the color precisely (e.g., "a dusty rose pink," "a dark, olive green," "a slightly desaturated navy"). If you include a reference image, I can pull the colors directly from there. |
